Orders ship during the business week, Monday through Friday (holidays are not considered business days). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified.

  • We offer domestic delivery service within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • USPS can deliver to Post Office boxes.

  • If a package is not accepted or is refused and returned to Dentelle Intimates, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs.

In the event your package is lost or stolen, we request your compliance with instructions given by Dentelle Intimates to reclaim the value of the package.
