General Information 

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request and are shipped pending order verification and credit card approval.

All domestic orders placed before noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon PST or outside of business hours are not guaranteed to ship the same day and will be processed the following business day. Orders ship during the business week, Monday through Friday (holidays are not considered business days). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified.

Special notations:

• We offer domestic delivery service within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• USPS can deliver to Post Office boxes.

• USPS and Dentelle Fine Lingerie cannot be held responsible for Acts of God; i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.

• If a package is not accepted or is refused and returned to Dentelle Intimates, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs.

• All packages are insured by Dentelle Intimates for their full retail value. Once your package has been delivered, Dentelle Intimates is no longer responsible for providing insurance for your package. In the event your package is lost or stolen, we request your compliance with instructions given by Dentelle Intimates to reclaim the value of the package. Non-cooperation could result in a complete package and value loss.
